1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and peppsi77 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games and features offered through peppsi77.net and its associated mobile applications.

2 Member Eligibility

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. peppsi77 operates a zero-tolerance policy against registration by underage individuals. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under your local laws.
• One Account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one peppsi77 account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation of these terms.
• Restricted Nationalities: Individuals from certain geographical regions prohibited by local law are not eligible to register.
• Non-peppsi77 Employees: peppsi77 employees, immediate family members, and direct business partners are not eligible to be active playing members.

3 Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

All members are required to complete a valid and reliable registration process. The integrated Know Your Customer (KYC) process is part of peppsi77's compliance requirements.

• You must provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address during registration
• Phone number verification via OTP is mandatory before an account is fully active
• Peppsi77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may be temporarily suspended
• KYC verification is to protect you from fraud and unauthorized account use

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

6 Game Rules

Peppsi77 will not be held liable for losses caused by a user's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Peppsi77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document
• Requests by law enforcement agencies or competent regulatory bodies
• Accounts suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe
• At the member's own request to close or suspend their account

In the event of account closure at the member's request, any valid balance (after deducting active bets and ineligible bonuses) will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

10 peppsi77 Liability Limits

12 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law
